Welch Allyn Vision Care Marketing Communications Manager

JOB SUMMARY:   Reporting to the Vision Care Marketing Director, this position is a marketing communications manager for the high growth RetinaVue Care Delivery Model and Spot Vision Screener solutions. The Vision Care business unit is a growth-oriented, fast-paced, entrepreneurial team that helps preserve vision in children and adults around the world. The focus of this position will be on development of high impact customer-facing marketing programs and marketing communications and sales support materials.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop breakthrough creative and strategic communications programs and digital media plans focusing on cost-effectively reaching customers with compelling messaging and tactics. Implement all tactics from conception through creative execution, production, and measurement Collaborate with in-house resources and outside partners to project manage the creative development and implementation of awareness and demand generation programs that produce business results in accordance with marketing and sales objectives Identify, scope, and source data for the most viable target customer segments and to maximize sales and profit for Vision Care Solutions Write, develop, and execute all printed and electronic marketing materials in partnership with marketing communications team Responsible for driving sales support tools and collateral, promotions, traditional and digital advertising, product photography, trade shows, and website development/maintenance Develop, implement and maintain all Vision Care web enhancements, landing pages and microsites Manage marketing program budgets and schedules Manage all printing and on-demand printing for sales support materials Manage online library of marketing and sales support materials Manage internal and external resources to produce all design and creative services required for Vision Care Manage internal and external resources to negotiate, buy and administer media (social, traditional, digital)    Qualifications   REQUIRED BACKGROUND: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related discipline. At least 5+ years of professional experience in advertising and/or marketing, preferably medical device, diagnostics, or capital equipment. Entrepreneurial spirit; comfortable in a fast-paced, risk-taking environment; Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and ability to facilitate large group meetings to a successful outcome Strong relationship management and project management skills; the ability to successfully drive multiple tasks Resourceful team player and a "can-do" attitude who can participate in and lead efforts across disciplines and cross-functional teams Proven ability to influence others, in other functions, and in more senior positions Ability to provide strategic direction to graphic designers, photographers, writers, and agency partners Strong writing skills and marketing messaging skills; familiarity with "Command of the Message" messaging strategies a plus. Ability to develop "on-message" marketing content and sales support materials such as digital media posts, white papers, webinar presentations, sales presentations, etc. Expert knowledge of all common B2B marketing communications channels and tactics including social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), email marketing, search engine advertising, digital banner advertising, brand advocacy, public relations, print media, and tradeevents. Experience with website content management systems. Adobe Experience Manager experience a plus. Strong Microsoft Office application skills, including Microsoft Excel. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
