The ideal Internet Sales Representative is organized, positive and thrives in a fast paced environment.
Hours include Monday - Friday with alternating Saturdays Pay Range:
$40,000 - $50,000
Responsibilities:
Answers inbound calls.
Initiates outbound calls and meets daily call goals.
Works Internet Inquiries/Leads and database lists.
Sets appointments via the phone and computer.
Communicates with customers via telephone, email, and text.
Enters information into databases.
Other duties may be assigned, as needed.
Required Skills:
Call center or automotive business development center experience preferred Ability to follow phone scripts and handle customer objections Excellent phone etiquette Communicates clearly over the telephone Ability to communicate professionally via email and text High level of computer competency working with customer retention programs Extremely organized with a high self motivated mindset Capable of working in a fast paced environment with live phone confirmation Proven ability to create a positive customer experience Ability to work in a team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in all areas of an office Ability to work on a deadline Excellent follow through Must have a valid driver's license Benefits and Growth Opportunities:
