The Youth Service Provider covers several services in the community based on the individual's needs.
The primary service of this is position is to provide skill building components to enhance the child's functioning in the home, school and community settings.
The services are goal-directed supports and solution-focused interventions intended to address challenges associated with a behavioral health need.
Services are provided in the home and community.

EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
Required:
High School Diploma/GED and two years' experience in children's mental health, addiction, foster care, or related human service field.
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, or in related human service field.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must maintain valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Must maintain certification in CPR and First Aid.
SAFETY:
Individuals must perform his or her duties in a safe and effective manner.
Individuals must become familiar with, observe, and obey all safety rules and policies for prevention of injuries while at work.
Individuals must report any unsafe working condition or practice immediately including any injuries or illness.
CORPORATE COMPLIANCE:
Individuals are expected to attend annual Corporate Compliance training.
Individuals will be required to properly maintain complete, accurate, and contemporaneous records as required by the Agency.
All work is to be completed with honesty and integrity and in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
Individuals should refrain from engaging in conduct that conflicts, or is perceived to conflict with the best interest of the agency.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Indoor work is comfortable with distractions.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
