Responsibilities:
- Prepare and oversee the weekly Sunday morning worship service presentation (slides or worship software) in person and live steaming at Emmanuel Congregational Church, (with 2 camera's, video's, sound board support) while adhering to copyright regulations -Support special services (Ash Wed.
, Maundy Thurs.
Christmas Eve) as necessary with technology support and live streaming of in person services -Actively communicate with the Pastor, Church Officers, and Church Board members to ensure information is conveyed to the congregation and community via web site, church online calendar, church bulletin, social media, and assist with online volunteer sign-up events -Be responsible for maintaining the church social media, Facebook & Instagram at a minimum and checking church communications email account -Coordinate and oversee the implementation of technology initiatives within the church - Develop and maintain technology policies and procedures - Manage the organization's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff members and church boards/groups Skills:
- Strong knowledge of technology systems, including hardware, software, and networks - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff members - Strong organizational and project management skills - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Type:
