Paid Holidays, 401k; housing discounts; Voluntary Benefit Programs, and more! The Administrative Assistant will assist the Property Manager in effectively managing the administrative responsibilities at the property as well as ensuring the satisfaction of the residents and prospects.
Some Responsibilities include:
Administrative:
Filing Preparing 7 days (folding and stuffing envelopes) Shredding Preparing move in packets Preparing application packets Shopping for events/wow fridge etc.
Filling out/sending landlord verifications Checking voicemail & distributing messages to team Type welcome letters Type resident notices Typing renewal letters Monitor renter's insurance Follow up calls on move ins (see how things are going/submit work orders) Run applications in Better NOI Prep application files and submit to Leasing Mgr for approval Log packages (make calls to residents during downtime Other duties as assigned City Renewal Management is an EOE m/f/d/v.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
