Summary:
The Brand Manager of Consumer Insights and Innovation is responsible for synthesizing consumer and market information from internal and external sources into new product ideas.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify consumer needs and preferences, market trends and competitive insights.
Develop and deliver new product concepts that align with consumer needs and category opportunities.
Integrate primary consumer and shopper research with insights from other sources of information (e.
g.
consumer affairs, sales and marketing analyses, syndicated data) to build compelling consumer and commercial sell-in stories to support effective launch of new products.
Develop innovation brand positioning, narratives, and creative direction in line with portfolio strategy.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to move product from concept to commercialization and ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor and evaluate innovation performance, analyzing data and consumer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for the future.
Support the development of innovation pipeline based on consumer trends, business challenges, category opportunities, and competitor activity, optimizing stage gate process to increase efficiency in new product development delivery.
Requirements:
