Summary:
The entry level Marketing Associate is responsible for assisting with various projects as needed by the Marketing Department including new product and fragrance development, communications, product and packaging design, tradeshows, and market analytics.
Responsibilities:
Maintains multiple projects as assigned, each with their own requirements and deadlines Effectively collaborates across teams and departments as needed to accomplish tasks Acquires a broad understanding of the market, our brand, our products, and the competition to effectively participate in and add value to projects Assists with product development, which may include concept generation, product and packaging design, product testing and launch preparation Develops an understanding of basic data analysis to enhance knowledge and support recommendations Summarizes reports and makes recommendations; occasionally presents findings or information to larger groups Manages a tradeshow booth program and coordinates shipments with Sales and Logistics Requirements:
