Summary:
The Customer Service Coordinator's primary responsibilities are for Materials Management Facility (MMF) accounts receivables, processing of accounts payables, customer relations, implementing the solid waste permit program, developing and updating administrative Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), overseeing scale operations and managing the MMF records management system.
Additionally, the Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for cross training on the billing process for Engineering, Water Quality, Telecom, and Regional Development.
Education:
Associate's degree in Business Management, Accounting, Office Technology, or closely related field.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Professional Certification/Licenses:
New York State Weighmaster's License required to be obtained within six months, and Notary Public License required to be obtained within one year.
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Municipal, Community or Regional business management, or related field.
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be acceptable.
