Summary:
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for accurately recording accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory transactions.
Responsibilities:
Manage correspondence from customers, vendors, and employees.
Enter daily transactions into accounting software.
Obtain customer or vendor support for discrepancies.
Setup and maintain inventory items.
Assist with reconciliations.
Perform filing, mailing and general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
