The Account Manager will drive preventative maintenance programs, manage custodial inspections, dictate best practices, and perpetually evaluate and enhance cleaning, maintenance, and operational methods.

Supervise the operation and maintenance of custodial equipment and supplies; ensure flawless execution of all custodial procedures.
Guarantee adequate inventory levels to facilitate smooth facility operation.
Manage activities of custodial contractors within the facility, maintaining compliance with organizational standards and objectives.
Maintain detailed and updated documentation on custodial operations.
Manage a team of custodial staff, encompassing recruitment, training, and development.
Implement QA/QC processes aligned with best custodial practices and regulations.
Conduct regular facility assessments to ensure maximum cleanliness and hygiene.
Exemplify leadership principles and enforce the highest safety, quality, and service standards.
Deliver UG2's promise of excellent customer service.
Create and implement custodial programs that cater to client and customer demands and specifications.
Uphold and implement UG2's Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field, or an equivalent level of professional education.
Minimum of 5-10 years of related experience in custodial management and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Proficient knowledge of floor care, particularly stripping/waxing and maintaining tile flooring.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with an ability to motivate a large team.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of management, staff, clients, and customers.
Proactive in meeting customer needs and commitments.
Adaptable to changes in the work environment; Able to manage competing demands and handle unexpected events.
Other Requirements:
Extensive background in operating, maintaining, and overseeing large-scale custodial operations.

UG2 is seeking an energetic, hands-on Account Manager for our Salmon Run Mall location.
As a dynamic leader in our retail operation, you will have the opportunity to shape our service delivery, with particular focus on floor care, including stripping/waxing and maintaining tile flooring.
Responsibilities also include training and working with our employees, fostering positive relationships with our clients, scheduling and coordinating customer meetings, and driving our safety program.
The role involves hiring, training, administering discipline, and handling hiring documents.
You will also work closely with corporate departments such as human resources, ensuring efficient operations within the labor and supply budgets, as well as scheduling and payroll.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in large account management, overseeing a minimum of 12 employees, with excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of operating office equipment is essential.
Compensation:
