Maxim Locum Tenens is seeking Nurse Practitioners to assist the U.
S.
Department of Veterans Affairs in providing quality compensation and pension examinations to Veterans seeking benefits for service-connected health issues.
Clinical findings from the examinations are delivered to the Government to facilitate timely disability award determinations.
Examinations begin with a review of the Veteran's medical history, which includes an abstract that highlights portions of the history applicable to the Veteran's claim.
This material, paired with the Veteran's responses during the exam, will guide you through our web-based examination form.
oNurse Practitioners will conduct one-time, non-treatment exams related to a Veteran's disability claim.
This position is full-time in Watertown, NY.
Previous VA or compensation exam experience is a plus, but not required.
