Responsibilities:
The ideal individual performs job duties proficiently in a telecommuting environment and efficiently orders all documents for mortgage loan approval including but not limited to, appraisals, credit reports and employment verifications; Virtually and effectively reviews loan applications, contracts for purchase, signed closing packets and other loan documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance; Proactively manages, interprets, negotiates, and processes conditions set by underwriting or investors in order to meet closing and funding timelines; Proficiently submits loans for approval and prepares files for closing and funding processes; Actively builds and maintains relationships through phone calls or electronic communication with members while providing administrative support to the Home Lending team to ensure excellent service; Progressively provides efficient processing support for all phases of mortgage loans; Enthusiastically establishes and grows professional business relationships with members, third party vendors and coworkers by effectively and virtually communicating loan statuses and ensuring timely processing of loan documentation; Accurately records loan information in the appropriate system and ensures data corresponds to document data and guidelines and confirms all lending process steps have been completed; through a quality control capacity; Appropriately completes documentation such as Adverse Actions, Subsequent Actions, Lien Releases, gap insurance, life and disability insurance etc.
as needed; Proactively seeks opportunities to learn and expand knowledge in mortgage loan processing; Dynamically works with members in the lending center through dialog banking to help in any of their financial needs including but not limited to; transacting through our personal teller machine, researching their account, putting appraisal funds on hold, setting up auto payments, booking loans, setting appointments etc.
; and Assists in the development of policies and procedures that meet the department's needs and supports the implementation of such policies and procedures.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
