Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, overseeing the administration of their employee benefits programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze client data, assisting in the development of customized benefit plans.
Coordinate the enrollment and renewal processes, liaising with insurance carriers and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients regarding plan changes, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
Conduct regular client meetings to review program performance, address concerns, and identify improvement opportunities.
Handle client issues and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution.
Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to provide informed guidance to clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in account management or benefits administration, preferably within the insurance or employee benefits industry.
Solid understanding of employee benefits plans, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
