The incumbent will be responsible for organizing, directing, and coordinating the work of all units within the department for efficient and effective operation.
The position requires successful experience in financial planning, budget preparation, public relations, and top-level management, along with demonstrated experience in planning and administration of social welfare programs.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university with a bachelor's degree and five years of experience in a health, education or social services agency, three years of which must have been in an administrative or supervisory capacity.
Salary:
$93,545 - $120,294/yr.
