Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, test, and calibrate mechanical and electrical equipment providing heat, hot water, ventilation, air conditioning, direct digital and analog control systems and electrical distribution. Use computer programs such as LATS, AIM, etc. Special Operational Needs:
o Possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted New York State motor vehicle operator's license. o Asbestos Supervisor certification required within 90 days of appointment as well as compliance with all related PESH/OSHA regulations. o Utilities Management is a 24/7 operation, thus night, weekend and holiday work is required based on shift assignment and operational need.

Salary Range:
From $51711 to $62806 Annually
Minimum Qualification
Current New York State employee with one year or more of qualifying permanent service as a Plant Utilities Engineer 1 and interested in reassignment. OR Examination Process:
