Assist the Region's Capital Program Manager in the day-to-day operations of Program Management. Update and maintain the Region's financial databases. Prepare and process funding obligation requests based on program needs and phase authorization requests from project managers. Coordinate funding requests with Main Office and appropriate MPO staff. Gather project level information with regard to project cost and schedule from Initial Project Proposals, Project Scoping Reports, Design Reports, Change Forms, Advance Detail Plans, PS&E packages, etc. Process and distribute fully executed phase authorization requests. Process FMIS funding obligation requests. Utilize Primavera P6 scheduling software to update and approve project level pending approval Baselines from the project managers. Create, maintain and update reports utilizing the Microsoft suite of products, OPPM, OBIEE, E-STIP, P6 and various other software. Prepare GIS maps. The candidate may also be required to meet with outside agencies/municipalities to determine customer needs, assist in long-range planning efforts and provide staff assistance in a variety of other program areas. Responsibilities may include serving a role within the Incident Command System to support the department's response to regional and statewide emergency situations.

Salary Range:
From $46529 to $77912 Annually
Minimum Qualification
In order to be considered for appointment, candidates must be reachable from the appropriate Civil Service eligible list or be eligible for reassignment or transfer in accordance with Civil Service Law This position may be filled through a two year traineeship leading to a salary grade 18.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
