Transportation Analyst /Trainee 1/Trainee 2

Duties include but are not limited to:
o Perform various staff functions for the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO). This includes activities such as preparation of core documents such as the UPWP and TIP; review of Planning Studies; and review of consultant payment requests. o Serve as Project Manager for Locally Administered Federal Aid Projects and Coordinator for various Federal, State & Local programs. This includes managing the cost, scope and schedule of projects; facilitating project teams in an effort to achieve consensus for key project decisions and ensuring effective communication is occurring with all stakeholders (both internal and external). o Preparation of a range of documents and reports using the Microsoft Office suite of products. o Assist in various aspects of Capital Program development, updating, monitoring, and reporting including Oracle Primavera Portfolio Management (OPPM), Oracle Business intelligence (OBI) & P6 activities. o Support Project Development efforts including compiling and organizing data, documenting conditions and issues for highway/bridge improvement projects, and assisting in meeting preparation and coordination. o GIS Data input/analysis and map preparation using ARCGIS. o Prepare findings for supervisors, including recommendations and alternatives, demonstrating the rationale for conclusions and recommendations in final format. o Periodic field work to support different efforts within the office including, but not limited to data collection, traffic counts and site visits. o Responsibilities may include serving a role within the Incident Command System to support the department's response to regional and statewide emergency situations.

Salary Range:
From $60069 to $76387 Annually
Minimum Qualification
To be considered for permanent appointment, candidates must be reachable on the current Civil Service eligible list or be eligible for reassignment or transfer in accordance with Civil Service Law.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
